Dear Sirs,
With this explained and complained to Sirs Head of local police on the event or incident as follows:
Whereas on Monday, 6 April 2009 at 07.00 am in the morning in the complex Kusuma Karta. When I was sitting in front of my house all of a sudden one of my neighbors named Robert without further ado came up to me and chided by the words of insult and calumny about about as follows "Basic Bastard, Self Conscious, the basic Damn liar then after that he went after spitting on me.
I am determined that cuss-cuss it addressed to me by seeing the attitude of opposing and always pointing to me. Therefore lashing action undertaken by the suspect, I feel disturbed me the honor and good name and so I complained to the request in order that "this incident prosecuted the case. " As witness testimony can be heard my brother and my parents with me who happened to gather in front of my house.
So I created this complaint with the truth and to immediately be in the follow up. Top I say thank you for your attention.
